Ward Homes, Inc. is a full service State of Michigan licensed and insured residential building company serving southeastern Michigan. Under the direction of its founder, President, and Builder, Gerald Ward, Ward Homes, Inc. has built numerous single family homes and condominiums in several new home subdivisions.

Gerry has been a licensed residential builder since the 1970’s and has extensive experience in the building industry. Gerry’s vast experience in the construction and real estate industries coupled with his background in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning provide for a thorough understanding of the components intrinsic in new home construction - a true asset to our homeowners.

In 2001, Ward Homes, Inc. gained prestigious certification by becoming an ENERGY STAR Partner (less than 95 ENERGY STAR certified Builders in Michigan!).
